Returns

All of our mesh products are cut exclusively to the individual width and length you specify during checkout. They are therefore made-to-measure goods for which no statutory right of withdrawal exists (§ 312g(2) sentence 1 no. 1 German Civil Code). Custom-cut sheets cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your statutory warranty rights for defective goods remain unaffected. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please report obvious defects to us without delay so that we can pursue our claim against the carrier.
