FAQ
- Which material should I choose — V2A, V4A or SG?
- V2A (AISI 304) is the standard stainless steel for indoor and most outdoor use. V4A (AISI 316) is recommended for coastal, marine and chemical environments where higher corrosion resistance matters. SG is spot-welded stainless mesh used for rigid panels such as gratings, guards and cages.
- What is the cutting fee?
- Each cut costs 6 €. You only pay for the exact size you order — there is no waste or offcut charge.
- What sheet sizes are available?
- Every sheet is cut in Germany to your exact size: 100–1000 mm wide and 100–30000 mm long.
- Do you cut circles or other complex shapes, not just rectangles?
- Yes. Circular cutouts and other complex shapes are not available through the online configurator — contact us by phone or email on a working day and we will quote the cut individually.
- Can I order multiple meshes or sizes in one shipment?
- Yes. Add as many meshes and dimensions to the cart as you like — they are cut and shipped together from Germany.
- How is the mesh packed and shipped?
- Every sheet is rolled or folded flat, packed and shipped from Bergisch Gladbach, Germany via DHL. Typical delivery time is 2–6 working days inside the EU and 5–10 working days worldwide.
